Business Travel Consultant Part-Time – Remote or hybrid £40k (PTR 2343)
We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a successful travel company working remotely weekends, daytime hours. 3/4 day a week role for a full time salary for a supportive and forward thinking travel organization.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with taking ownership of complex client requests and proactively finding solutions for clients. For this role, we are seeking someone with a proficient working in Amadeus GDS, as they will perform a central role in efficiently managing flight and hotel reservations for elite clients.
Business Travel Consultant – Duties:
- Arranging corporate & bespoke travel itineraries across the globe for VIP clients.
- Utilize Amadeus GDS with proficiency to provide quick accurate responses.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Building long-term relationships with clients.
- Participating in industry events and during interactions with suppliers.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with our network of luxury service providers and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury travel trends,
Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements
- Strong background in luxury travel sales with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service. UK based bespoke tour operator, concierge or business travel company experience.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (Amadeus re-issuing experience would be a great advantage), excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and solve complex problems independently. We would consider

- Genuine passion for luxury travel, with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and a desire to build relationships that extend beyond travel.
- Happy to work every Saturday and Sunday along with a weekday or two of your choice. Remote working or hybrid based in London.
