Events Executive – London – up to £30k + perks (PTR 4318)

We are seeking an experienced Events Executive to join an established company based in London. Exciting role for an existing Event Executive seeking something a little bit different working within a great team, with career progression on offer.

Events Executive Duties:

• • Development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

• • Research on locations and event choices for multiple cities

• • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

• • Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project

• • Managing supplier relationships

• • Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team

• • Working out event budget, and logistics (Hotel. venue, catering, etc)

• • Managing an effective event management campaign

• • Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)

• • Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.

• • Post-event communication, reporting & analysis

• • Managing post-event marketing/communications

• • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.     

• Looking at social media and suggest various marketing opportunities

Events Executive – Essential Requirements:

• • Experience in handling events within an events company is essential.

• •  In-depth understanding of event management procedures

• • Excellent organisational and coordination skills

• • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• • Proficiency in digital event promotion tools such as social media channels

• • Understanding of key performance indicators in events management

• Proficiency in project management tools
