We are working exclusively with a high-end events and luxury travel company, focusing on discerning private travellers now seeking an experienced VIP Luxury Travel Consultant to join its team due to remarkable growth based in London.
This well-established and highly successful travel company offers a range of ultra luxury travel & events for its clients across the globe.
VIP Travel Consultant Duties:
- Booking of bespoke hotels, airport and hotel transfers, first and business class flights along with travel products.
- Negotiating rates with suppliers.
- VIP service – follow up services from providers including hotel management.
- Structuring travel itineraries for HNW/UHNW clients.
- Preparing trips, restaurant reservations, activities and many other travel products.
- Social media posting.
VIP Luxury Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Experience from a high-end luxury leisure travel planning company or concierge service.
- Insight and interest in high-end/luxury providers within hospitality services.
- Happy to work in the vibrant London office.
- Personality: service oriented, proactive/driven, attention to detail and structured.
- Preferably a university degree.
