Event and Groups Executive London – £30k-£35k + bonus (PTR 4118)
We are seeking an experienced Event and Groups Executive to join a highly successful travel and events company based in London. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel professional with events experience, seeking career progression and something a little different.
To be considered for the role the applicant but have experience within an event company or groups or events department of a hotel. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Event and Groups Executive Duties:
- Effectively plan and manage event bookings including MICE in the corporate and leisure market.
- Work with negotiating group rates and special bookings in hotels.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning of all events or groups with all suppliers.
- Build effective communication with all suppliers and clients.
Candidates must experienced in building relationships and networks with internal and external suppliers across different market segments with have strong strategic planning skills. Generous perks are on offer including a lucrative bonus.
