Travel IT Support Manager London / Herts / Homeworking £50k-£55k NEG, DOE (PTR 3118)

We are seeking an experienced Travel IT Support Manager to join a successful travel company due to remarkable growth. The ideal candidate will lead a team and work on end user requests. This is a varied and exciting job role offering progression and generous perks.

Duties include:

• Managing daily operations and projects ensuring service levels are met and customers are satisfied.
• Monitoring status of active service requests and provides escalation where necessary to ensure quickest path to resolution.
• Resolving end user technical issues.
• Managing a range of administration systems including Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, In Tune, backups and documentation SOP’s.
• Overseeing the setup of new clients and changes for existing clients
• Managing the human resources of the department, i.e. staff selection, training, compensation, performance and career planning.
• Mentoring, coaching, motivating and building a positive culture among the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting end user computing technical service support.
• Managing two or more direct reports.
• In-depth experience with IT system implementation and troubleshooting support for core Microsoft technologies.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to provide support to variety of software packages including Mac OS, Adobe CS, Apollo, Dolphin, and GDS such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus or Worldspan.
