Cruise Consultants Duties:
- Selling a wide range of UK, European and Worldwide cruises.
- Offering a broad range of ocean cruises from package holidays to tailor-made packages.
- Correspond with new and existing customers to locate their perfect cruise.
- Answering enquiries over the phone, by email and social media platforms regarding cruise holidays and other travel products.
- Booking excursions and other travel related products.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge of cruises and other travel products.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in cruise sales either on a cruise ship, cruise tour operator or travel agent with strong knowledge of the product.
- Good working knowledge of, or interest in, cruise lines, cruise ships and on-board cabins and packages.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
