Cruise Consultant – Wirral or Remote – up to £26k + comm (PTR 4165)
We are collaborating with a highly successful travel company that offer a range of travel itineraries across the globe. Due to remarkable growth in their cruise department, we are now seeking an experienced Cruise Consultant to join the team.
The ideal Cruise Consultant must have experience selling cruises from a travel agent or a tour operator based in the Merseyside area of Wirral / Birkenhead. Remote roles are also available.
Cruise Consultant Duties:
- Providing our clients customers with unforgettable experiences on the high seas, arranging various cruise types across Europe and beyond including river and ocean cruising.
- Converting incoming enquiries over phone, email or in person whilst providing a cutting-edge customer service.
- Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and recommend the best cruise packages tailored to their needs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cruise line offerings, destinations, and promotions to provide accurate and exciting information to customers.
- Participate in promotional events and travel expos to attract new customers and promote our clients services.
To be considered for the Cruise Sales Consultant role you must have experience selling cruises from a travel agent or a tour operator and happy to work in the office in Wirral.
